I've used Confluence for several years. When I change the title of a page to something new and press Publish, that change is immediately reflected.
I'm now learning how to use Jira Service Desk. My sample project is called "JSD Test (for Demo Purposes)". When I first went to the connected Confluence page it naturally had the same title. So I changed it to "Welcome to the JSD Test Help Center". But when I pressed Publish, I was surprised to see the original title still there!
Might this be a bug in your software?

Hi,
Select the space you want to change the name of.
Then click on Space Tools.
In Overview tab, select Space Details.
Edit the space details and change the name from there.
I found the location you specified. Unfortunately I cannot edit that, I suppose because I don't have global administrator privileges.
I now see where the title I changed (in Confluence) is displayed in the customer portal.
Thank you!
