How to create a new user?

Hi. Please, I can´t find a way to create a new Jira´s user. I think I am administrator.

You're welcome @Juliana Corbellini. If you meant where the user management tab is in Jira, just hit the "G" button twice and write user management.

You need to be sure that you are an admin,only admin can add remove or edit user.

Thanks for your answer. In my profile I see:

Groups:administrators

That´s why I assume I´m administrator user.

In which page should I found "User management" link?
