How to do "Link issue"

I have two type jira.

one is cloud jira (actually as test)

the other is server jira which is installed on my personal server.

I try to link issue from JSM

I hope to see issue status through link.

But it seems not I thought it

How can I do it?

I don't believe you have setup the application link properly between your JSM Cloud and your Jira server.  Please follow the guidance from the this Atlassian page - https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/link-to-server-apps-from-cloud-744721656.html.

In JSM, you will need to use the more dropdown to create linked issues from your JSM issue (assuming your application link is configured correctly).  It so, once the linked issue is created, you should see the Jira server issue's status being display in your JSM issue view.
