How to import URLs to JSM assets?

Gili Bar November 20, 2024

I am trying to add links to an existing field in the JSM assets schema called NinjaOne link.

I import the links, but they work as text and not URL

How do I import them so they are used as a URL for this schema and the field I chose?

It's already starting with https://  ( I thought about it)

This is not the solution, but thank you

Hi @Gili Bar

just to be sure: The Type Value of your Asset field "NinjaOne link" is URL and not Text, correct?

In that case I'd recommend you to open a support ticket at Atlassian to assist you with your csv import list: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

I've setup a quick csv import with URL in my JSM Cloud demo instance and was able to import all URL as clickable URL successfully.
