We created a new project in Jira Service Desk. When an agent resolves an issue in this new project, two additional fields appear that we have never seen before: "Linked Issues" and "Issue." We have no idea what these fields are, and we don't use them.
We have an existing project where we don't have this problem.
Any ideas what's causing these two fields to appear on the resolution page?
Hello,
Open the workflow for this issue and find the transition, which you use for resolving this ticket. There must be a screen attached to this transition. Delete Linked Issues and Issue fields from this screen.
You need the Jira Administration permission to perform this task.

By the way, you won't actually see the "Issue" field in the list of fields when you click the name of the screen. You'll only see "Linked Issues," which makes both fields appear on the actual resolution screen.
