Dear all,
I get a request to implement the customer satisfaction for my Service Desk.
Actually I follow all what is describe in the docuement below:
Customer statisfaction request was already set in my instance, but It is mentionned on the docuement that an email is send on resolved issue to user, but user never receive that notification while they successfuly received others.
In additon they never seen the rating page as shown in docuement.
Could you help identifiying why it is not triggering '

by the way do you know if it is possible to customize the default formular where user enter comment ?
