Price for Insight products is annual price or on-time purchase?

That depends on Cloud, Server & DC.

Cloud can be purchased monthly/annualy. Server can be purchased annually (price of 2nd is half of 1st year) and Data Center is per year

You will need licences to match (or exceed) the number of licences you have for your largest Jira application licence.

If, for example, you have 100 Core users, 250 Software users and 25 Service Desk Agents, you will need licence Insight at 250

Insight is an app for Jira that does inventory tracking.  Discovery is a separate application that does network discovery and feed what it finds into an Insight app installed on your Jira.  You'll need to licence that similarly.

@Maksym Cherniavsky , Nic is right (as always), but you also need to take into account how many hosts you have in your network. If you have a user license of 100 users then you can scan max for 1000 hosts, see https://documentation.mindville.com/display/WEL/Insight+Discovery

Hi @Maksym Cherniavsky , you need to look at your Jira (Software) license.

The number on your user license of Jira determines the number of user license on Insight. (Even if only a small portion of the Jira users, use the app).
