I want to little more customize the "Customized Report"

Hi all,

I know how to customize report and create different reports as a default function. I suppose we need to select one of the value in "Series" field when creating customized report, but I cannot find what I want to do in the drop-down menu in "Series" field.

Is there any way I can customize the values in "Series" drop-down menu?

When it comes to Service Management reports, currently, it’s not possible to create custom series. 

There is a feature request suggesting improvements for that:

• Allow user to define their own Series in the Reports section

Please, click on vote and also watch the ticket above to receive updates.

The workaround, for now, is to use gadgets on the dashboards or add-ons:

• Use dashboard gadgets
• Atlassian Marketplace

Thank you so much for your reply. I had a bad feeling that I would not be able to modify Series, but thank you anyway for your comment. I will try and see the workaround you have written in the message when I have time.
