I would like to use Jira Service Desk to email Customers.

Our Customers are Internal to my company. From what I have read so far many solutions allow for email communication between users that have Jira Licenses.

Is there an option for an organization to communicate externally to customers?

Are you on Cloud or Server? You can do this using Automation. When would you like the emails to be sent out?
