Import tickets from a project

Hello community,

I need to know how to import tickets from one project to another. I tried the way below:

Made a report with all tickets from the source project and export them to CSV. Than tried to import them to the destination project but i got the attached

Hi @hristo.iliev , 

this is the way to import tickets in a project. The only thing that you need to do is click on the "Don't map this field" list and select the Jira field that should be used.

This is done so that Jira can understand what Jira fields match your CSV fields.

Also, keep in mind that you need to have the Summary field mapped, otherwise you won't be able to import your issues.
