Is it possible to assign issues in the SLA?

Hi,

We want the supervisor to be assigned to the issues when the specified SLA time has elapsed. Is that possible?
If not, is it possible to send a mail automatically?

Yes, its possible. you need to work with Automation rule.

Add the custom rule and check.
