Is it possible to attach documents to a customer request type?

We would like to attach an Excel template for the customer to fill, directly in their request. They could download a specific template that they would directly attach to their request.

Instead of a customized field to fill, this would be a customized field to download an Excel. Is that possible?

Hello @Julie Prolhac, 

You cannot attach an Excel template. Hovewer, you can post a link for this Excel file to the Customer portal, where they can download it and then attach it to the request.
