Is it possible to create multiple customer portals?

Our organisation has created a new service with another name, look and feel compared to our current services. Is it possible to create a new (extra) customer portal with another visual identity? We also want to add new service desk projects to this portal, only related to this new service.

Visual explanation:

Company

>Jira Service Desk

>> Customer portal 1

>>> Project 1

>>> Project 2

>> Customer portal 2 (new service with another look)

>>> Project 1

>>> Project 2

Is this possible, or do we need an extra JSD plan for this product?

Hi @mathijs_terranea ,

without an addon, it's not possible to have different styles for different Jira Service Desk portals. The style is for the whole instance, even if it's differents projects.

Thank you for your answer, and thank you for confirming what I was expecting. The addon you suggest looks like a great workaround/solution. I entered a trial period and started experimenting with Refined :)
