×Is there a way in Service Desk that a field is visible on view screen but not on the create screen. This we are looking in the customer view and not agent viw.
The customer has no access to the application create screen so I assume you mean you want to remove a field from the portal create screen? If so then simply remove it from the request type by editing the fields for the request type and remote the field.

Your assumption is true. I was not referring to Create and View screen. Can a customer view a field in the View mode but does not have option to select the field while creating the issue.

To my knowledge this isn't possible. whatever fields are added to the request type for creation will be in the customer's view screen. the only caveat to that is if it is an optional field and they don't enter any data then it will not show.
