Issue Security lock icon doesn appear in my issues

Hi Atlassian Community,

 

 

I have setup my issue security scheme for our service desk project, however, according to documentation, a lock icon should appear on the upper right corner of my issue. In our case, it doesn't appear there so I can't set a security level for the specific issue

 

Can you help me with this?

Is this "Security Level" field still a valid approach - I seemed not able to find it anywhere as of July 2023 in our cloud instance.

Make sure you have set issue security permission. if you have that, only then you would be able to see it2.JPG

Hi @shetty yup, I already set the permissions too.

 

But anyway, I have already found the problem on why it wasn't showing up, I found out that I have to also set the Security Level field in my screens for it to show up. Now I can see the lock icon on the upper right corner of our issues

Hi! How can i set the security level field in my screen? 
I can't find the security level icon on my tickets.

You should add the field : security level in every screen you're using. Then configure the field to make it visible in field configuration
