JSM Next-Gen | How to remove "None" from dropdown specified fields

Hi Community,

How can i remove the None option to select the urgency field.

Unfortunately, you cannot remove "None" option.  In Jira, "None" is an internal representation of NULL or Blank value for a drop-down list field.  You only options are -

1) Change the dorpdown select field to a checkbox select field.

2) Make the field required and set a default value for the field.
