Is there any way to remove the "default" admin user from the agent licence count?
We want to have 3 licensed agent and one admin only.
You can do that,
Go to Applications -> Application Access and have a look at what groups are included as service desk agents. Remove your administrators from the group.
Now i've removed "admin" from jira-servicedesk-users but it stills shows " 3 used" currently i have the test license but I will install the basic one with 3 agents.

@Philipp KayserIt looks like you have not removed "jira-administrators" group from the service desk application.
Now you have 1 user in "jira-administrators" group and 2 users in "jira-servicedesk-users" group, which add up to 3.
You can remove "jira-administrators" group by clicking on "Remove" link in the end of its row.
This is how it looks in my instance, we have all 3 users in "jira-servicedesk-users", and no other groups associated with Jira Service desk application.

jira-administrators should be used only for user "admin"
jira-servicedesk-users should only used for the agents .
I still need the admin user I don't wan't to delete it.
