Hi all
We recently chose Jira SD, Insight and Insight Discovery as a combination for our main ITSM solution, and the implementation project is just starting.
As we are looking forward, the modules mentioned above do not have all the features in the world that an IT department needs, but I was wondering if anyone has found and implemented a Jira-compatible or Jira-integration solution for these areas:
Of course in the future we would like to see these features consolidated inside Jira/Insight, or maybe integrated through third-party products for example, but I haven't found interesting solutions yet.
Any pointers or experiences?
Thanks,
Antti
Hello,
I couldn't discover a solution in the updated version or app either. Is there any fresh information or an update?
Best regards

Hi Antti,
Good day! Wondering, did you get solutions or implemented regarding IPAM, network monitoring and mapping switch ports using Jira Service Management Cloud. I am new in Jira.
I would appreciate it if you could provide me step by step solutions.
Thanks,
Khairul Basher

Hi
It seems there are no built-in features regarding IPAM or other mentioned features, at least not yet. There might be some way to build a configuration with Insight that could offer some visibility to IP addresses and subnets, but it wouldn't directly be an IPAM solution we need.
We are still using our old IPAM solutions and keeping an eye for alternatives.
Regards,
Antti
