Is there a way to send a reply when a senders address is not accepted for issue generation by service desks mail handler? We needed to disable the possibility to accept mails from every address. Since the mailbox normally accepts the mails, I need a way to inform the sender when it is not accepted by service desk.
If this is available with a plugin I can live with it.

Currently, when an email is rejected by service desk, only on the logs is possible to see the information, it's not possible to configure a notification for the customer or for the agent.
We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
