Hi, I've created a worklfow for a service desk change management project,
It features a lot of approve/decline steps.
For some reason, I'm seeing two decline controls on the tickets. (I changed the decline transitions to "Decline2" so I could see what's happening on the tickets.)
I have it set to require a comment on a separate screen when clicking Decline2.
My question is, why is Decline also showing up? I have no such transition. Clicking it takes you to the same place as Decline2, but skips the comment screen. Maddening...
Thanks for any help you can provide.
Hello Jeffrey,
It seems as though you have two transitions going to the same Status. click on the View workflow on the issue-view screen and trace the transitions to the PRE-APPROVED Status to see if another transition is leading to that Status. Once you can determine that, then you can be able to change it from your Workflow.
Let us know how it goes.
Cheers,
Prince
That isn't the case. There's the input transition from another status, an Approve output, and a Reject output. That's all.
And now it's worse. Now I have two Approves and two Declines (one renamed to Reject).
The Workflow editor just seems to be incredibly buggy.

Hi Jeffrey,
It's best you raise a support ticket https://support.atlassian.com for this case, as this may involve providing sensitive information about your Instance. So we can look deeper into your Workflow to understand how the configurations are done.
Cheers,
Prince
