Dear all,
We notice that when our user are using our service Desk link url and they want access the "My Request menu", menu item are written in white on white background .
Then on mouse over, the text appear in blue.
How can I change the Style of Menu item in Service Desk (see attached picture )?

Hi sc,
I saw that this issue was reported as a bug and it should be working on version 4.4.0.
Please, confirm the version you are using, and if it’s not the 4.4.0, please update your Service Desk.
If you are using the latest version and the issue still persists, please let us know.

We are not able to update Service Desk for now because we are using the DataCenter version of Jira and to move to Service Desk 4.4 we would have to update Jira Core Data Center as well, which is not in our pipe line for now.
So for now I simply change the text color of menu items
