Hi Dears,
I have created a new service request with his corresponding screen and fields. When I create the incidence by the team user or administrator the field Table Grid Editor is showing without problem, but when I want to create the same incident by form of the end user the field is not rendered in the form.
The App we use for the Table Grid Editor is iDalko Table Grid plugin.
Please, could you give me some help.

I guess there is no compatibility with service desk. You can directly create a support ticket to vendor for any questions.
Table Grid Next Generation add-on is compatible with customer portal. Migrating to this new app may solve your problem.
