Hi,
on JSD Cloud, when the tickets is created by email the Organization is not automatically filled.
I'm not able to understand the reason of this behaviour.

This functionality is not available natively. You can allow users to share their tickets with an organization, but you can't automatically populate it.

the ticket https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-4519 is different from my request.
The emial address is already associated to the organization inside the Customers section.
Anyway I resolved, thnak you ! The specific customer was related to two different organizations and for this reason was not working.
