We work with our clients through PSP contracts.
An annual number of hours is sold to clients each year. When we add the time spent in an organization we want to be able to track the time remaining in the contract.
Do you have a solution for this problem? Free if possible?

Do you know if it is possible to assign a number of hours per year per client thanks to Tempo? I didn't find this feature

That feature I am not sure about. Unfortunately I can not try it as Tempo is installed in Stage environment that is being used by my whole team. I may screw something if I try to play with it.
Try to reach out to the vendor, their support is very good.

Here is what another community leader suggested: there is a cheaper solution as SumUp plugin in Timesheet report and Gadgets

Thank you very much for your return.
I have just discussed with my colleagues and we finally wish to have a (paid) solution that will allow us:
-To define quotas of hours per client per year.
-Automatically reduce the time spent on quotas per customer.
-Allowing customers to see the remaining support time of their contract from the portal.
I don't think Tempo timesheet allows for such advanced things.
