Post Mortem (Incident Management) template or macro in Confluence

Dear all,

My case is to automate the template we have in Confluence for Post Mortem with information from Jira  SD- for example not only the ticket number, but Assignee, Reporter, Resolution, Time opened, Closed etc to be populated automatically after the ticket is selected.

Especially important for me is the timeline based on the comments in Jira SD.

What I have as an idea is something like the template in Jira Ops (https://www.atlassian.com/blog/announcements/announcing-postmortems-jira-ops). You already understand that that Jira instance is on server, otherwise I have the ready solution. Is there any macro or template or is it possible to create a macro pulling that information?
