I tried to do automation for an SLA, but it doesn't trigger even though 28 issues have already exceeded the SLA time.
If the SLA was violated during all processes, a mail should be sent. The action is not performed.Thanks in advance. Regards Nicole

Is the user nweiser a customer or an agent? Because the Alert User only works for agents.
Did you check the log for this automation to see if it was "successful"?
