When setting up a mail handler, I got the following error message:
Messaging Exception in service 'com.atlassian.jira.service.services.mail.MailFetcherService$MessageProviderImpl' when getting mail: INBOX not foundjavax.mail.FolderNotFoundException: INBOX not found
The connection is no longer open, messages marked as deleted will not be purged from the remote server: mymailserver@mycompany.de until the next run.
I left the folder name empty because I want to scan the mails from the inbox. My E-Mail client is Lotus Notes.
The Mailserver is an IMAP configuration.
Can anyone help me?
Hi Dustin,
Compare the inbox names, it looks like there might be case sensitivity that is causing problems. You may need to enter the inbox name as it appears in Lotus notes. Cheers!
Hi Joshua,
thanks for your answer. I changed the language from German to English, but the error still appears:
What can I do now?

Did you enter the inbox name as it appears in Lotus notes into the mail handler? Cheers!
