i searched Jira community but did not find correct answer.
Today we want to run Jira Service desk worldwide and we have quite small problem.
When client registers IT request, members of Request participants should get email about it.
Unfortunately, under IT request Add Field button we cannot see Request participants field:
How to deal with that or maybe another approach should be used

I would solve using automation
WHEN issue created
IF issue matches -> advanced -> issuetype = "IT Help"
THEN Send email -> To -> Customers involved
