Hi,
We have some service desk projects so we use the project's reports every time. But some bugs in the reports we saw.
For example; on 17-18-19th no issues we receive, on 20th September we receive 10 issues, on 21th we receieve 10 issues, on 22th we receieve 15 issues, on 23th we receive 5 issues. Then we enter the reports section, we wanted to look at the total requests made in the last week. But we saw that there were 100 issues we receive on the 23th September.
This is the wrong information and this makes me worry. If we are inspected tomorrow, the reports will have the wrong results.
What's the wrong? What should we do? Can you help us?
Thanks.
Hi,
What reports are you referring to? Can you give us more information.
Cheers,
no need to worry...we are here to help and they don't come any better than Susan! :-)
As Susan indicated, we need more info. Can you provide the exact report you are looking at? Maybe a screen shot as well. We likely will want you to create a filter so that we can analyze the results. Knowing the report we should be to understand what filter it is based upon.

Hi Susan,
In the screenshots (in the JIRA Reports), 3 issues have broken in the Business Business servers / broken issues respond, but when we look at that issues in project, 2 issues broken but 1 issues stopped. In the reports there was no stopped issues, we can't see it.
Sometimes total issues seem excessive. in fact so many issues did not come to us. 2 problems we have.
There is an attachment in the this post.
Thanks.

Hi
We still need more info. We would like to see for each series what the filter is that you are using. You can do that by selecting edit and then you can edit each series. I'm thinking the one that is going crazy must have something in it's selection filter?

Hi,
This is the one of the series in the report.
Our filter is composed of project, issue type and tag. Not complex type.
Thanks.
