In request type we have a request with issue type. but when i am seeing its 

Visible fields they are showing only 5. But when i click on  View this request form there are more than 5. can someone explain this please.

Hello @Fahad Siddiqui 

In the request type configuration you can configure the fields which you can show and hide form the customer portal. The complete list of the fields for the request type is based on the fields configured in the screen of the issueType.

Hi Tarun,

So you mean there is possibility that Fields configured in issue Type cant be seen when we edit in requests type Fields. But it can show in Customer portal? is this settings can be done in Issue type fields?

Hello @Fahad Siddiqui 

Please see below how the request type is mapped to the issue type in project settings and there is an option to edit fields, which allows you to show/hide fields available to the customer on the portal.

Dear,

Sorry i am unable to explain you my question or you didn't get it.

In request type we add  a request name with issue type.

Then you click on create request type.

After creating when I click on Edit fields.  

I will see the visible fields for issue type?

But here is my question

Visible fields they are showing only 5. But when i click on  View this request form there are more than 5. can someone explain this please.
