Hi Guys,
We created different service projects and added customers into each service projects respectively. However, when our customers logged into their portals they were able to access every other service project portals that they are not added into.
Is there any way to restrict this access? Please do let know
Hi,
Strange to appear to customers, other projects.
Are projects restricted to authorized / added people only?
If customers have a Customer profile, they should only access their projects.
I translated it through Google, sorry for a wrong word.
We added customers under each service project --> channels & people-->customers
bt when customers access their portal URl given to them- they can access other service project portal data. We looked for changing the portal settings but couldnt figure this out yet.
Any ideas why?

Access the project, then Project settings> Client permissions> Service project access
In this location, the option "Customers added by agents and administrators" must be selected.
