SD,Confluence is very slow

1.Last 1 week jira is experiencing very slow ,sometimes almost dead.

2.The cpu & memory utilization is nominal which is good.

3.Other applications are hosted in the same environment but no issues in those.

So seems jira application have some issues which need to fix urgently

Hi Firas,

you should give us some more information:

- Which Jira version?

- Which OS?

- Which database?

- Any changes to the environment (Memory, Disk,..)?

- Number of users?

- As you pointed out, which other applications are hosted?

Without this info, you probably won't get an answer...

As requested please find below comments:

- Which Jira version? JIRA Service Desk 3.16.0

- Which OS? Server 2016

- Which database? MS SQL

- Any changes to the environment (Memory, Disk,..)? no

- Number of users? 150

- As you pointed out, which other applications are hosted? No application in the current vm ,but other vm using different app has no issues as we have with jira .Our environment has no slowness
