Dear sirs and madams,
I am suddenly struggling with the creation of the JQL.
I am entering the issue type and requirements (e.g. issuetype = "Report a bug" AND Severity = "Medium - Problem affecting the user experience")
Last week, entering the JQL like that worked just fine and I have a couple of them already entered like that. Today, I always receive the message the "option" or "value" does not exist for that "field".
Many thanks for your support in advance.
Best regards,
Janine Schulz
@Janine Schulz what is the field with the issue?
My hunch is maybe someone renamed severity levels without you knowing.
Easy way to debug is to type "issuetype = " and wait until the valid values come in a dropdown, do the same thing with Severity and then you should get a correct JQL.
Let me know if this helps.
Cheers,
Radu
Hi Radu,
thanks for your answer. I changed the severity levels myself and it seems like they are not recognized in the system yet. The values also do not come in a dropdown. It is still not working.
What is also strange is, that the changes that I applied yesterday, very simple SLA settings only referring to the issuetype, are today all deleted. When creating new SLA's today, they are also not saved.
Thanks for your support in advance.
Best regards,
Janine

hi @Janine Schulz ,
The SLA settings things seem pretty hard to get a handle on and I'm unable to debug them from a distance.
Could I get you to submit a support ticket so our awesome support team can take a look at what's going on?
