Hello,
We use Jira Service Desk boards to receive requests from different branches. As you know customer portal has Search field, but we cannot search issue by requester which is different from logged user. In other word,s when User 1 is logged on and would like to search the issue which is created by User 2, it founds nothing. Searching is successful by other fields of issue (for example: Summary, Key ...)
Could you please help us to solve the problem.

On the customer portal, customers can find all requests that they created and also the ones shared with them, but currently, it’s not possible to add more options to search for issues in the portal.
We have some feature requests suggesting the implementation of this ability:
