Hi! I have this problem: when assigning a request to an agent, the Reporter (the Creator of the request) is not notified. Also, the agent who assigned the ticket does not receive a notification either. In Project Settings -> Notifications, the settings are as follows:

What are the notification preferences in your profile's settings (personal settings)? As described here (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/manage-your-jira-personal-settings/) you can override and control some of these notifications.
