Service desk email notification templates are not updating

Ive updated the template where it says "The following HTML and CSS are applied to all customer notifications sent by this service desk project. A plain text alternative is sent to people who don't receive HTML email."

 

The thing is the emails it is sending are not updated with the new html or css. Can anybody help?

Are you selecting "Save" after the change?

Are you able to send yourself a  test email and receive the updated information?

When you return to edit the HTML/CSS does the revert back?

Yes. Selecting save

Test email is received with all the updated  styles and html

The html and css is as it should be when I return. 

I have tried restoring default and then changing again. 

My next step will be to try another project but I don’t really want to have to migrate to another now this one is all configured.
