Share Option Missing in Service Desk Portal

It seems the "share" option is not available in the Service Desk portal for users that also hold a JIRA Software license.  We use SSO for access, I've tried adding the impacted users to the group that allows Service Desk customer portal access in addition to the group that grants them Software access, doesn't appear to have worked.  

I'm out of ideas...any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Lacey 

In such cases our team using different roles for JDS, for example, collaborators. You can read more at the documentation.

All is depending on what your needs.

We use roles also...That didn't solve the issue as all of these users are under the same role but some are ONLY customers of the portal while others also have a software license...
