Hi! Bug issues in Jira Software and Jira Service Desk can stay in sync if they share custom fields and screens. Could you help me in this process? How I can do it?

Jira Service Desk and Software are just sets of functionalities that run over the same Jira Core application.
That being said, you can indeed share the same fields and screens between those projects, except those fields available only for a project type (Request types, Organizations, etc).
To configure the same screens for your projects, you must navigate to each Project you have and select the same screen scheme under Project settings > Screens:

To use the same fields, you must add the same field configuration for your Service desk and Software projects:

As mentioned before, once you configure the same screens, you must configure the same Field configuration for both Jira Software and service desk to ensure the same fields are available:
P.S: Once you do it, the same fields should be displayed in both applications, however, there are some differences in the screen layout, so it will not be exactly the same. Also, there are some fields that are only available for Jira Service or Software, so they will only display in their related projects.

I have the same problem but working with next-gen project JSD. On the following article say:
