i am unable to log into our Service desk system with the error above .
nothing works and also unable to log into the system with local user .
please response asap since it is our ticketing system

it is difficult to say something reasonable with the information you gave us. Please have a look at the log files for more information about the problem.

can you say where is the log file located ?
it is a windows based system
