i am unable to log into our Service desk system with the error above .

 

nothing works and also unable to log into the system with local user .

please response asap since it is our ticketing system

Hi @Liran Vaisser ,

it is difficult to say something reasonable with the information you gave us. Please have a look at the log files for more information about the problem.

Also, if you have a valid license (no Starter license) you can contact Atlassian Support:

can you say where is the log file located ?

 

it is a windows based system

Look for a file called "atlassian-jira.log"
