Sprint and bugs at the same time

If I have a sprint running and at the same time bugs appear, what is better: to create a separate project for the bugs or watch them from the spint?

There are many ways to tackle it. 

1. If the bugs are show-stopper, I would take them inside the sprint and would equally remove certain issues from sprint (of course, after meeting/informing product owners)
2. If the bugs are not show-stopper, I would add them backlog and would re-visit them in the sprint planning meeting. While they are in backlog, they would be updated with priority, severity, efforts, etc. 
3. Lastly, If there is a separate team that handles bug, than I would probably have separate project and would park all bugs inside that project, but linking each bug to relevant issues from other project.
