The queries are not getting created automatically and mails are not being pulled up by POP server.

We are getting the following error.

Unfortunately JIRA couldn't connect to the mail server. Here is what the mail server said: "Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password."

It's all fine and good. Cross checked it few times again!!!

Then you will need to dig into your log files on both jira and mail server to see if you can find out why you are receiving this message.
