Time to resolution field error which importing CSV

Nicolas Dougall March 30, 2020

Hi guys,

I'm having trouble mapping the Time to Resolution field for our SLA's when I import a CSV. I keep getting an error saying that the formatting is not correct.

Can anyone tell me the correct formatting for this field? I can't seem to find any information about it in the documentation?

Many thanks

It depends on your CSV file. Paste here one example of the value of the Time to Resolution field on your CSV file, so we can have a look and see the correct formatting for it.

Hi Hazwan,

I tried h:mm formatting and a couple of other types too, nothing has worked so far.

See below example from CSV file.

So you're trying to import SLA, is that right? That's not possible. SLAs have their own calculation. You can't really import it.
