User unable to move to deployed status

Hi,

I have an employee trying to move a CM ticket into deployed status and is getting the following error.

Cannot execute transition 951 on HSQ-13971 due to check error. - resolution:Resolution is required.

He has QA role in the project.

Any idea's on what the issue may be is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Permissions and roles are not a problem here.  The workflow for the issue type contains a validator that says "resolution is mandatory", but the issue does not yet have one, and the resolution field is not on the transition screen (if there is one)

You'll need to amend the workflow to fix this.
