When an End Suer creates a ticket they cannot see who it is assigned to. From teh picture, you can see all the information except who its assigned to. The only way is to open the ticket. This can be an issue when you have 100's of tickets open. And ideas how to add more columns?

The popular recommendation is to use Extension for JIRA Service Desk which does provide the ability to add the assignee to the list in the portal.
