In our Jira Service Desk setup only Attlassian administrators can create organisations or assign customers to them. We would like that any user is able to do this. Can we change it and where/how?
I have inherited the JSD configuration from someone who is not anymore in the company and who did not documented anything.
Where can I look for where or how the setting is defined? I tried to follow some help but I do not find any of the suggested things.
