Hi,
When a comment is added in Service Desk, we wait about 30 seconds to view the comment in the issue.
I don't understand the reason.
This situation exists only for Service Desk (1 project)

Why "DefaultCommentManager.create" take much time ?
For me, the problem was in the Mobile for Jira plugin. When I turned it off, everything began to work fine.
I turned off plugins one at a time until I found a problem.
Check you plugins or, if you use reverse-proxy, that link: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Questions/Jira-is-very-Slow-while-using-reverse-proxy-nginx-with-SSL/qaq-p/831886
I turned off Mobile for Jira (not used) but no effect.
I'm going to try your solution to turn off plugins one at a time.
