Hi everybody!
Is there a way to change the default white font color under requests drop-down menu? The issue is that background there is defined by "Banner background" property under customize option panel. And because we use white as our background color, the background color for requests numbers are also white.
Attachment as an example.
Is this something we can easily fix or this should be filled as 'bug' report?
Hi Grzegorz!
Could you paste your configuration here? It looks OK on my instance, I can't replicate your bug...
Hi Katarzyna,
sure, here you go:
I've also checked this under other browsers and the problem persists.
The CSS look's like this:
As you can see color and background-image values are the same #ffffff which causes this problem to occur. It look's like the color attribute stays white all the time, so we would be forced to use different than white 'banner background' color. In a perfect world font color should change so it won't be the same as background.
edit:
changing the Button text attribute in customize menu don't change the color of the 'badge' under Requests drop-down

Thanks. I was checking this problem with my team. I could't replicate your issue because I checked on 4.11. Something was changing in 4.13 but I don't see anything in release notes.
My only idea is workaround: set a background color #de1829 and upload a banner image which will be a white box... I know it's stupid but I can't find anything better. You can also create a request on the Atlassian customer portal but I guess that you'll wait a loooong time to fix.

Thank you! Good that you were able to replicate. I will fill bug report for this, maybe they will fix this some day.

@Grzegorz Skornowicz , did you get an issue number for your bug report? I'd like to check on the status. Many thanks.

@Brent Nye it didn't received it's issue number. Support didn't looked at this as an bug, rather like it's just a lack of feature to change the color of font on the badge, and they send me this:

@Grzegorz Skornowicz , thanks for the reply. We were able to fix this issue by updating Jira Service Desk.
