Email for Jira Cloud are getting held in mimecast at my organization. I want to whitelist the domain and I assume I will need to IP as well. As the cloud service IP is dynamic, how can I pin down the likely IP range to share with my IT department so that we can try whitelisting?
Hello @Kyle,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Checking your email address on our tools, it found the following error:
550 Rejected by header based Anti-Spoofing policy: ...@... - https://community.mimecast.com/docs/DOC-1369#550 [3enCwxYXOc-gnksWziZInA.us593]
Please, whitelist our domains and IPs mentioned on the documentation below:
In case you also use Bitbucket and Trello, you can find the details on the following documentation:
Hope this helps!
Kind regards,
Angélica
Thanks so much @Angélica Luz! I am trying to narrow the list. Can you tell me which Outgoing IPs from the list provided (https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/ip-addresses-and-domains-for-atlassian-cloud-products/) are associated with the "*.atlassian.net" and "*.atlassian.com" domains respectively?

Hi Kyle,
It’s all of them. There are no specific IPs associated "*.atlassian.net" and "*.atlassian.com". When whitelisting the domains and IPs, it’s necessary to whitelist all of them to make sure the products work as expected.
