Wrong dates in reports

I'm having an interesting issue...when I look at my reports in Jira the report is picking up the wrong date of resolution.  For example, if an issue was resolved on Monday August 26th the report is showing those issues were resolved on Sunday, August 25th.  The issue shows the correct date of resolution but the report is picking it up incorrectly.  Today is the 29th and all tickets that are being resolved today are showing up on the 28th in reporting.

Has anyone experienced something like this?

Thanks,

Alison

Hey Alison,

Some orgs have multiple 'close' statuses - is yours one that does? I've seen instances where there's a soft close and then an automation that may permanently close the ticket after a specified amount of time.

Another thing to check would be what timezone your report is calculating in, I wonder if there is one ahead of yours that is displaying the results as a future date.

Thanks Meg!  It was the time zone that was messing things up.
