combo box with picture?

I am looking for the filed like the below..

there is combo box.

We click combo box and choose one.

and then  more detail information and picture is display on somewhere..

Can we make it?

I understand that you would like to show specific information based on what customers select on the combo box, but currently, dynamic fields are not available in Jira Service Management.

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:

• Use of dynamic fields on forms

Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.

As a workaround, you can use an add-on that provides this functionality.
